With regard to your formation of a private limited liability company in the UK please note the following:-

- Company subscribers (initial shareholders) may be residents outside the UK and the minimum number of subscribers required is one.
- A Secretary can be of any nationality and appointment of a secretary is not compulsory.
- There is no maximum and no minimum share capital.
- There is no minimum share capital, no paid-in capital requirement.
- The company is required to have a registered office in the UK
