Following company formation, Data Protection Act Notification is one of the ancillary services we provide as Company Incorporation Agents. We provide advice on whether you need to register under the Data Protection Act 1998 notification legislation and we deal with the application and can advise on compliance with the Data Protection Act thereafter.The Act is concerned with personal data which consist of data which relates to a "living individual" who can be identified from that data, or from that and other data or information in the possession of the data user."Data" includes information processed by computers, "relevant filing systems" and "accessible records".Our fees for this service are £123.12 inclusive of vat and fees payable to the Commissioner
