You prepare and electronically submit your own company registration application to Companies House whenever you wish. Your application can be saved and you can log in to resume it any time later. A UK company formation can be completed within 1 working day. Your own nominated directors and secretary (if required) are appointed as original officers of the company.

Statutory share register containing all registers and share certificates and board meeting minutes

The above are all the documents you require to commence trading with your new limited company in the UK.

You are given the opportunity to add to this basic package before you submit your order. For example you can add a request for vat registration or a bank account.

The above are all the documents you require to commence trading with your ltd company formation in the UK.

Hard Copy - Company Formation Package - Total fees £85.50

(£60.00 plus vat £10.50 plus Companies House fee of £15)

We still email you the documents as per the Electronic package but in addition we send you via the post the following:-

Certificate of Incorporation
Memorandum and Articles of Association (3 Copies)
First Minutes of Directors meeting
Share certificates

The above are all the documents you require to commence trading with your new limited company in the UK.

The following are sent as complementary forms you may need in the future:-

Form AD05 to change registered address of company
Forms AP01 to appoint new director (AP02 for corporate director) and AP03 for secretary or AP04 (for corporate secretary)

Premium Company Formation Package - Total fees £114.87

(£85.00 plus vat £14.87 plus Companies House fee of £15)

The premium UK private limited company formation package is the same as the Hard Copy package but with the addition of the advice line referred to below.
